Simon Davies of International Spirit Brands talks about Cachaca 51 at a tasting session held at the Brazil Embassy in London. This event was to promote both Cachaca as a spirit and a category. He talks about 51 and it’s introduction into the UK and how its being marketed.

Cachaca 51 is a popular selling brand ideal for various cocktails, batidas and caipirinhas with a premium version ideal for drink on its own. Allowing mixologists and bartenders another added spirit for their back bar.
